1. Our commitment
MobiLoans is committed to making financial services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We continuously work to ensure that our website, mobile experience, and all customer communications meet or exceed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.
Accessibility is not a checklist for us — it is a core product principle. Every new feature is reviewed for accessibility before launch.
2. Accessibility features
Our website includes the following accessibility features:
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements can be accessed using only a keyboard. Tab order is logical and predictable.
- Screen reader support: Tested with JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. All images have descriptive alt text where appropriate.
- Color contrast: Text-to-background contrast ratios meet WCAG AA standards (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
- Resizable text: Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- Focus indicators: Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Form labels: All form fields have associated labels and clear error messages.
- Captions: All videos have closed captions and transcripts.
- No autoplay: No content automatically plays sound on page load.
3. Testing and audits
We conduct accessibility testing through:
- Automated testing using axe DevTools and WAVE on every code deployment
- Manual testing by our engineering team using keyboard-only navigation and screen readers
- Annual third-party accessibility audits (last audit: January 2026, conducted by Deque Systems)
- User testing with people who have visual, motor, hearing, and cognitive disabilities

5. Known limitations
We are transparent about areas where we are still improving:
- Some older blog posts (pre-2024) may have lower-quality alt text on legacy images. We are updating these monthly.
- Our PDF disclosure documents are being remediated for full screen reader compatibility (estimated completion: Q3 2026).
- Some interactive charts in our financial calculators do not yet have full audio descriptions. We are working with a third-party vendor to add these by end of 2026.
